September 23 was my husband’s 25th birthday and his family was planned a family birthday BBQ to celebrate. They live about 90 miles away and unfortunately we do not get to see them very often. I always use these family get-togethers to try out new recipes I’ve been wanting to make. I found this recipe for Pistachio White Chocolate Chip Cookies by Country Momma Cooks while browsing Pinterest. My husband is a huge pistachio lover, we go through a Costco bag of pistachios at least once a month, this recipe seemed fitting. They were a huge hit. My husband said that they tasted like Christmas and the his/our family loved them even more. We practically had to hide them from the kids because they kept going back for more and more. I definitely recommend this recipe, it was so simply and oh so tasty.
